Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return & exchange policy. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the products must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it.
  • It should be unworn or unused, with all tags attached.
  • Please provide proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipment cost.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale items 
  • Gift cards
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return

Refunds

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for processing the return. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for your original payment method to be credited back. The timing may vary depending on your bank/card provider.

Damages and losses

Please check your order once you receive it. If you received the wrong item or if there is an issue with your order, please let us know so we can address it. ZeroZero Wear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
