Returns & Refund Policy

We offer 14-day return & exchange policy(14-day return for store credit only.). To be eligible for a return or exchange, the products must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it.
  • It should be unworn or unused, with all tags attached.
  • Please provide proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipment cost.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale items 
  • Gift cards - ( Gift cards cannot be purchased using Klarna)
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return

Refunds - STORE CREDIT ONLY

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. If your return is approved, store credit will be issued. Store credit can be used toward a future purchase at ZeroZero Wear. 

Damages and losses

Please check your order once you receive it. If you received the wrong item or if there is an issue with your order, please let us know so we can address it. ZeroZero Wear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
